In addition, this acquisition will provide more opportunities for additional products and engineered solutions. By teaming up with the global leader in advanced materials we are able to freely collaborate on new technologies that will provide extreme benefit to our partners.

To ensure a smooth transition, Jeffrey Taylor will continue to lead Crafts Technology as President, reporting into the Hyperion organization.

Crafts has had a long partnership with Hyperion focusing on engineered materials.

WORTHINGTON, Ohio — Hyperion Materials & Technologies, a leading global materials science company that specializes in developing advanced hard and super-hard materials for a wide range of industries and applications, today announced the acquisition of Crafts Technology, a high-precision provider of tailor-made cemented tungsten carbide solutions.
